Below are the Terms and Act of Conduct as per the company policy with respect to all the Academic, Development and Educational Trainings held by Techpile Technology liable to all the Trainees, Staff Members and Employees Affiliated to the organization. Please read and understand our Privacy Policy and Guidelines.
1. Data Collection:
To facilitate your enrollment, we collect personal information such as name, contact details, educational background, and any other relevant details required for the training program.
2. Data Usage:
The collected data is used for the sole purpose of administering and enhancing your summer training experience. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
3. Confidentiality:
During the training, you may gain access to proprietary information. You are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all such materials and refrain from sharing them outside the training environment.
4. Code of Conduct:
Trainees are expected to adhere to a high standard of professionalism and ethical behavior. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the program.
5. Training Material:
All training materials provided by Techpile are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or any form of commercial use without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property created during the summer training program, including but not limited to code, designs, and documentation, is the property of Techpile. Trainees are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use.
7. Attendance and Participation:
Trainees are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the training program. Failure to do so may impact the issuance of certificates or any other recognition.
8. Certification:
Trainees who successfully complete the program will be awarded a certificate. However, Techpile reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance with the guidelines or unsatisfactory performance.
9. Changes to Program Structure:
Techpile reserves the right to modify the program structure, schedule, or any other aspect of the training without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate such changes in a timely manner.
10. Communication:
Trainees may receive important updates and information via email or other communication channels. It is the responsibility of the trainee to regularly check these channels for updates.
11. Personal Belongings:
Trainees are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Techpile is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the training program.
12. Security Measures:
Trainees are encouraged to take necessary precautions to ensure the security of their belongings. Lockers or designated spaces may be provided for storage, and it is advised to utilize these facilities.
13. Health and Safety:
Trainees are expected to adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by Techpile. Any medical conditions or concerns should be communicated to the program organizers in advance.
14. Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the specified terms outlined in the program registration materials.
15. Code of Ethics:
Trainees are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and honesty. Plagiarism or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.
By participating in Techpile's Training Program, you agree to abide by these guidelines and policies. Any violation may result in termination from the program without a refund. Techpile reserves the right to update these policies, and any changes will be communicated to trainees in a timely manner.
