This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for courses, subscriptions, and services offered through the CodeHelper app, available on both iOS and Android Play Store, and through our official website.
By enrolling in courses or purchasing services through CodeHelper, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy for Courses & Digital Content

• CodeHelper offers a wide range of free and paid courses along with various digital learning materials, including Learning Notes, PPTs, Recorded Video Lectures, Quizzes, MCQs, Assignments & Projects, and Certificates of Completion.
• Once accessed or downloaded, digital content is deemed non-refundable.

Refunds Will Be Considered In The Following Cases:

• Technical issues unresolved within 5 business days.
• Duplicate transactions verified by our system.
• Incorrect course enrollment, reported within 24 hours.
• Unauthorized charges reported within 7 days.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued In The Following Cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with consumed content (over 30%).
• Failure to complete the course before expiration.
• Requests made after 5 business days from purchase.
• Course bundles or promotional offers, unless stated.

2. Certification & Exam Fees

Certification fees are non-refundable once certificates are issued.

3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Technical Issues & Platform Downtime

• Report technical problems preventing access to support.
• Refunds for unresolved issues will be granted.

5. Refund Request Process

2. Include your Full Name, Email ID, Contact Number, Order ID, Course Name, and Reason.
3. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Approved refunds are credited within 7-10 business days.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• CodeHelper is not liable for issues arising from user errors.
• We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for abuse or fraud.
